With Falcom’s 40th anniversary coming up, it seems that some of the bigger announcements may have been leaked early by the Epic Games Store. The Legend of Heroes: Hajimari no Kiseki is seemingly coming to the storefront in 2023 and will be called The Legend of Heroes: Trails Into Reverie. Not only that but Trails from Zero, Trails to Azure and The Legend of Nayuta: Boundless Trails are also coming to the Epic Games Store.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero is perhaps the closest with a release window of Fall 2022. Otherwise, the Epic Game Store release will mark the first time that the title along with Trails to Azure and The Legend of Nayuta have released outside of Japan. It’s not yet confirmed whether they’ll be exclusive to the Epic Games Store on PC or coming to other platforms in the West.
As for The Legend of Heroes: Trails Into Reverie, it picks up after the events of The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel 4. It features three main routes with Lloyd, Rean and new character “C” being the protagonists. Players will explore the True Reverie Corridor – which is likely where the English name comes from – and explore randomly generated dungeons.
Stay tuned for official announcements on the titles on June 25th at Falcom’s anniversary stream. In the meantime, check out the latest details for The Legend of Heroes: Kuro no Kiseki here.
