Like its predecessor, NEO: The World Ends With You has many things to do even after you complete the game, and one of those things is collecting Secret Reports. These are 24 of them in total and they are counted as part of your Books Collection, but they are not tutorials.

Rather, they are mysterious reports that expand on the events of the game and contain interesting details that fans of the game's story will love to know. They are exclusive to the post-game, but luckily they are quite easy to acquire for the most part.
Where Are The Secret Reports?
The majority of the game's Secret Reports are acquired by refighting bosses in previous days by challenging their dark blue Boss Noise symbols. You will have to unlock the ability to do this for five FP on the Social Network. As the node containing this ability is post-game exclusive, completing your Secret Report collection is also exclusive to the post-game. Most chapters of the game have these Boss Noise symbols, and a table below will detail where to find them.

To acquire a Secret Report from a Boss Noise you only need to defeat it once. This can be on any difficulty and is not a random drop, so you can do it at max level and on Easy if you want to. Finding the Boss Noise is also easy, just check the minimap for a red dot that is much darker than the usual spot for a Noise.
The rest of the Secret Reports are gained by filling out your Social Network. This does not mean meeting every character in the game, but rather purchasing their abilities. Getting every report requires 100% Social Network completion, so you'll need to complete every side quest, attain a Gold Rank on every one of Nagi's Dives, and complete the quests of every shopkeeper in Shibuya.
