Will Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart be on PlayStation 4?

The short answer is no, and it will not be on PlayStation 4 because it is not remotely possible to build a game like Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart for PlayStation 4 consoles because it takes full advantage of PlayStation 5 hardware and aims to be a Proper Next-Gen Title. The Portal thing without loading screens is basically impossible to do on PlayStation 4, so do not expect a port either.
However, Horizon Forbidden West is coming to PlayStation 4 this year, so I would suggest you to keep an eye out for that if you cannot manage to get a PlayStation 5 due to the stock problem.

But this stock problem might be ending because Sony is trying to bring a new model of PlayStation 5 to the market, which can make this problem go away easily because the chipset it will be using is available in a huge amount compared to the current one, but again Jim Ryan said that Stocks would return to normal in the second half of this year so good luck to everyone who will be trying to get a PlayStation 5 for this game. I still haven’t gotten mine either, so you are not alone. There’s a lot of people out there trying to get a PlayStation 5, and the stocks they are bringing to some countries is really low compared to big countries. It literally gets sold out in seconds. Hopefully, this problem gets fixed by the time God of War Ragnarok releases because that is supposed to be a PS5 Only game.
