The main draw of Watch Dogs: Legion's new Bloodline DLC is that it brings with it Aiden Pearce and Watch Dogs 2's Wrench.
Not only do you get to play as these two during Bloodline's main campaign, but you can also add them to the main game's DedSec group. That means that once you've recruited the two onto your team, you can choose to play as Wrench and Aiden across the whole of the original story in Legion.

The first thing you'll need to do in order to recruit Aiden and Wrench is to own the Bloodline DLC pack. Once you've done that, all you need to do is jump into the main campaign from the menu, and you'll be able to recruit Aiden and Wrench into your team. You do not need to have finished the Bloodline DLC to unlock either character, but you'll need to have finished Legion's tutorial mission first.
Watch Dogs: Legion Bloodline: How To Recruit Aiden Pearce
Aiden Pearce will appear as a recruitable character once you've installed the Bloodline DLC. Like the first DLC character. Aiden Pearce appears standing outside the DedSec HQ, and all you need to do is go up to him and talk to him to recruit him. If you're having trouble finding it, it appears on the map as Safehouse and can be fast travelled to from any point in the game.
You'll see Aiden appear as a potential recruit in your mission list, which will direct you to his exact position. Unlike other characters in Watch Dogs: Legion, you won't have to complete a mission in order to recruit Aiden to your team. He'll simply have a short conversation with you, and then be selectable straight away.
Aiden Pearce is easily one of the most powerful characters in Watch Dogs Legion. He has an incredibly strong revolver that can take out enemies in two shots, as well as having the unique ability Gunslinger, which lets him add a damage buff from timing a reload correctly.
Aiden can also takedown most enemies with one melee attack, which will also let him slow down time on his next shot with an ability called Focus. His special ability is called Systems Crash and it allows him to shut down all enemies and electronics in the area for a short time.
Watch Dogs: Legion Bloodline: How To Recruit Wrench
Similarly to Aiden Pearce, Wrench can be found outside the main DedSec HQ in the City of Westminster. All you need to do to recruit him is talk to him and, after a short conversation, he'll appear in the DedSec roster for you to use.
Although you start the Bloodline DLC as Aiden Pearce, Wrench becomes playable about halfway through. Both characters can be unlocked in the main game from the start though.
Wrench is similar to Aiden Pearce in the sense that he's an incredibly strong ally for DedSec and a great choice to play as. His main weapon is a non-lethal SMG called Princess-Rat-tat-tat that can activate hacks in targets that it hits. His secondary weapon is a non-lethal grenade launcher called Captain Boom Boom that will also cause hacks in whatever it hits.
Wrench's main ability allows him to summon a speedy cargo drone called Sergei, whilst his secondary ability lets him throw flashbangs called Ninja Balls. Finally, he also comes equipped with a sledgehammer called Lady Smash.
