A new mod for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt looks to make an already great looking game look even better and PC players can look forward to it launching on September 19th on NexusMods.
Despite it releasing in 2015, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, still holds up visually to newer console games releasing in 2020. That being said, a new console generation looms and CD Projekt RED’s next open world epic, Cyberpunk 2077, is aiming to set a benchmark with its breathtaking visuals and attention to detail.

Modder, Halk Hogan, has been hard at work on The Witcher 3 HD Reworked Project 12.0 Ultimate, a visual conversion mod that features high quality textures that won’t require any more power than what’s needed to run the original game in the highest settings. The aim of the mod is enhance the already impressive visuals of the original game with better meshes and object LODs.
Meanwhile, season 2 of The Witcher on Netflix has started up production again after a bit of a delay in filming due to Covid-19. Director Stephen D Surjik shared the social distancing measures the cast and crew are practicing on the set of The Witcher, in order to ensure everyone’s safety. Season 2 is expected to release on Netflix in 2021, though no official date has been set as of yet.
Fans also got a first look at The Witcher: Monster Slayer in a gameplay video released by developer Spokko Games. The game looks to be a cross of Elder Scrolls: Blades and Pokemon GO by combining real world locations with monster nests and combat involving dodging, blocking, and attacking monsters from The Witcher franchise. The Witcher: Monster Slayer will launch on both Android and iOS devices.
