Electronic Arts (EA) have announced their EA Play subscription service is available on Steam.
As we previously reported numerous EA titles that were previously exclusive to Origin on PC were made available on Steam. More games came later [1, 2], though not without controversy. Mass Effect 3‘s alternate ending DLC was now part of a free bundle, rather than for free as it had previously been.
EA Play* is a great way to get more from the games you love – from in-game challenges and rewards to early access trials of brand-new Electronic Arts games. Players have been enjoying these and more incredible benefits on the Xbox One, PlayStation®4, and PC (via Origin.com). But now we’re proud to announce the launch of EA Play on Steam.
The subscription service allows players of EA games to unlock challenges and rewards, member-only content, access to new titles up to 10 hours before launch, unlimited access to select titles, and 10% discounts on EA digital purchases.
The titles include almost everything introduced over the last few months. You can find the full list of EA Play applicable titles on Steam below.
