After a tease last year, both publisher City Connection and developer Cave Interactive have announced Deathsmiles I & II at this year’s Tokyo Game Show.
The new collection will re-release both Deathsmiles and Deathsmiles II for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One sometime in 2021 for Japan. The collection includes: Deathsmiles, Deathsmiles Mega Black Label, Deathsmiles II, and new features across the board.
The original Deathsmiles was first released for Japanese arcades back in 2007, which later got ported to Xbox 360 in 2009, and finally to mobile devices and Windows PC. Deathsmiles II was also released for arcades, and then later got ported to Xbox 360.
