Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War has been revealed with a stunning trailer of action and mayhem. Fans are more excited than ever as they dissect each frame of the trailer looking for secret information. From the trailer alone, several guns can be confirmed in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War.
Several guns have been spotted in various leaks and reveal allowing fans a fairly good guess at what weapons will be in the next game. Although no one can be sure of the names due to Call of Duty rebranding several weapons, fans can at least get an idea of what is to come. Keep in mind that just because these weapons appear in the Cold War Campaign footage, does not mean they will all be available in multiplayer or Warzone.

Scattered among the epic scenes of the reveal trailer are several weapons that eagle-eyed fans have been able to identify. Some are expected to be in the title due to the era alone, others are more exciting for fans as they push the limits of realism for an epic chance to fire a heavy weapon. One gun that fans were sure would make an appearance is the M16A1, which is the iconic assault rifle in any Vietnam War recreation. Frank Woods was spotted in the trailer with his iconic Colt Commando rifle and several fans spotted the infamous MP5 throughout the trailer.

Fans have a set of expectations when it comes to a Black Ops title’s weapon selection. Galil, AK47, and the M1911 pistol are all classic weapons that have been spotted in the trailer. The iconic bolt-action rifle M40 was spotted held by Frank Woods in the trailer. This sniper rifle was used frequently throughout the Cold War and is known as a classic US weapon.
One gun that has several YouTubers and fans talking is the Galil which was spotted during the trailer when a character is running towards a truck on a runway. Some fans think the weapon could be a Valmet RK 62, but most players are holding out hope for the Galil’s triumphant return.
It is unknown how a new cast of guns will impact Warzone. After several confirmations that Warzone will be connected to the Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War launch, every new addition has to be weighed against the current gun meta of the infamous battle royale.
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is scheduled to launch on November 13th for Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PC, PS4, and PS5.
