Cobra Kai’s Larusso Home Is Now An Airbnb Perfect For Karate Kid Fans

Cobra Kai may be packed with nostalgia, but the series also has a few landmarks of its own. Now fans will be able to book a few nights staying at Daniel Larusso’s grown-up family home, with the property planned to go up on Airbnb listings.

Most recently, Cobra Kai was renewed for a fifth season by Netflix even though the fourth one is still a few months away, which does speak volumes of the amount of confidence the streaming company has in the series. Season five is scheduled to start filming this fall in Cobra Kai'susual locations, mostly based in Atlanta, Georgia where the real Larusso house is located, while some scenes are shot in Los Angeles.

Following People’s report, it was speculated when the property went up for sale a few months ago that Cobra Kai could undergo some set changes in case Daniel Larusso’s in-show house changed hands. However, the Villa Flora mansion, as it is formally known, seems to have found someone who met the $2.4 million asking price, with the prospective buyer planning to transform the now-famous Italian-style mansion into an Airbnb location in East Cobb, Georgia.

The 9,214 square foot mansion draws architectural inspiration from Italian villas located in Tuscany, which may have played a part in it being chosen as Daniel-San’s dream home to pay off the character’s Italian-American roots. This pricey property even features a wood fire pizza oven and the beautiful atrium with a pond where Cobra Kai and Miyagi Do students fully duked it out to some banging music in the Cobra Kai season three finale.

Since the Cobra Kai mansion is not yet listed on Airbnb, it’s nearly impossible to figure out how much a one-night stay would cost for any Karate Kid fan interested in staying, especially since prices in the area range anywhere from $99 to $2,700. Regardless of that, being an Airbnb property surely locks in the Larusso home for future appearances in Cobra Kai all the way to season five, because nothing says passive income like renting out a space mansion to a Hollywood studio.

The new owners surely must have taken into consideration potential damages derived from filming scenes featuring teenagers wrecking the home. Some of that might just happen again as Cobra Kai welcomes Terry Silver as its new villain this December when the new season joins Geralt of Rivia's return in The Witcher season 2.

Cobra Kai seasons 1-3 are now available on Netflix.
