The platforming battle royale game Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout has been steadily growing in popularity, taking the place of other popular titles in streams and being featured in countless memes. People have fallen in love with the game and the adorable, jelly bean-like creatures that populate it. No one is quite sure what they are, but that only adds to their appeal. However, one question about Fall Guys has now been answered: their actual size.
Since the title’s release, the official Fall Guys Twitter has been dolling out information on the game, as well as a fair amount of shade and witty retorts. Most recently, the account provided audiences with a better understanding of the little Fall Guys, and it turns out they aren’t so little after all.

In a post, it showed their height compared to humans and they stand at a full 183 cm (6’0 ft). A Fall Guy is, as the Tweet says, an “absolute unit.” This will likely come as a big surprise to those who have played the game. It certainly has been to those on Twitter, who have offered a variety of interesting responses to the news, ranging from delighted to horrified.
It has been nearly a full month since it released and Fall Guys continues to dominate gaming, with streamers featuring it on their channels and other studios wanting skins added that based on their games. The title has enjoyed very positive reviews and has passed a Steam sales milestone. It’s no surprise, given how popular battle royale games have become in general, but Fall Guys‘ whimsical style and collection of quirky skins have also boosted its likeability. It has an impressive fan base that continues to grow every day.
It isn’t without its limitations, however. It is only available for two systems at the moment, the PlayStation 4 and PC, which leaves some gamers out of the loop. But a recent datamine suggests Fall Guys may be coming to the Switch. A specific file name discovered appears to indicate this, but those with Nintendo’s console will just have to wait for official word on the matter. One big feature has been confirmed, though. The senior designer on Fall Guys says crossplay is in development, which is always a welcome addition to any game.
The title is still in its infancy, but fans are excited to see what’s next. There has already been one major update that added missing PS4 controller options and much more, including a change that makes sure players no longer need to go through two team games in a row. But the really exciting stuff is coming next season. There’s no word yet on what will be added to the game, but players will want to watch the Fall Guys season 2 reveal at Gamescom next week to find out.
