Google Scheduled a Launch For Android 13

Earlier Google introduced the Android 12 operating system which new material theming and a variety of new features. Although many Android manufacturers launching new phones based on the Android 11 system, Google scheduled a launch for Android 13.

Today, the CEO of Google and its parent company Alphabet, Sundar Pichai announced that Google will hold the Google I/O conference online from May 11-May to 12-May, forming a press conference with the majority of developers.

According to the usual practice, this Google I/O conference will bring a new Android version – the Android 13 operating system, and the Android 13 developer preview version is already online, Google Pixel series models can try this operating system.

Compared to Android 12, Android 13 will further strengthen privacy protection. Users can let apps get specific photo or video permissions, so they don’t have to worry about their privacy being leaked when apps get all the permissions.

Furthermore, Android 13 devices can avoid sharing personal location information when connecting to nearby devices via Wi-Fi, which effectively prevents users’ location information from being accessed.

For consumers, Google is expected to push the Android 13 official update in the second half of the year, and the Google Pixel series will be the first batch of models to try the Android 13 official version.
