This guide will cover everything that you need to know about how to restore stamina in Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance so you can keep fighting at your best.
How To Parry In Dark Alliance
The best way to restore stamina whilst in combat is parrying. When you parry an enemy attack, you will regain a small amount. This also stuns the enemy for a brief moment, giving you time to get some space and recover before jumping back into the fray.
To perform a parry, you need to block at the exact moment an enemy weapon is about to hit you. It can take some practice to perfect the timing, but once mastered, it is a powerful skill that will surely help you win most fights.
How To Get Stamina Potions In Dark Alliance
The Merchant in Dark Alliance allows you to upgrade your gear, change skins, and upgrade your consumable items. If you go to the Upgrade Useable tab, you will find the stamina potion available to unlock. This will cost you 750 Gold and restores 10% of your stamina at the first level.
You can then upgrade the stamina potion to increase the amount it restores, up to a total of 50% at the highest tier. To equip the stamina potion, go to your inventory and scroll down to the useables tab. There, you can assign potions to certain hotkeys, such as the D-Pad on a controller.
How To Take Short Rests In Dark Alliance
As you progress through a level, you might run low on stamina potions. This can seriously hinder your ability to survive, as low stamina will make you weaker and more sluggish. Fortunately, you can take a short rest during a level to restore your stamina and regain stamina potions.
This will fill your useable inventory, giving you the maximum amount of any consumable items. If you tend to rely on potions rather than parries, short rests will be vital in your D&D Dark Alliance adventure.
Does Stamina Regenerate In Dark Alliance?
If you can find some space to avoid enemy attacks, your stamina will regenerate on its own. If you are out of stamina potions and struggle with parries, falling back to recover is a perfectly viable option. It's slower, sure, and you will need to watch out for any arrows whizzing your way, but this is also the easiest way to restore stamina in Dark Alliance.
