Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered Will Receive 60 FPS Ray-Tracing Mode Soon

Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered

Insomniac Games surprised quite a few players with its recent update for Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales on PS5. It added an option for playing at 60 FPS with ray-tracing enabled. Granted, this results in a lower overall resolution but is another great option for players to customize their playing experience.

But with Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered having ray-tracing support on PS5, will this option be added there as well? Community manager James Stevenson replied on Twitter with one word: “#Soon”. So it’s all but confirmed – we just have to wait for its eventual release.

Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered is only available on PS5, that too by purchasing the Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales – Ultimate Edition. Though it initially didn’t support cross-progression with the PS4 version, Insomniac recently updated it to allow for the same. Even better is the fact that the three new suits that Peter Parker could wear are now in previous-gen version as well, totally free of cost. Stay tuned for more details on the 60 FPS ray-tracing mode in the meantime.
