Despite the Promise of Sharing More Details in 2022, We Already Have Some Details
Wolf Among Us 2, or Season two, was announced earlier this week by Telltale Games. This is a follow-up that’s been in some time in the making, especially after the award-winning earlier iteration, The Wolf Among Us.
While we thought that details would have to wait at least a week or more, apparently some details have already been leaked. Thanks to Game Informer Magazine and Insider Shinobi602 (at least, that’s their Twitter Handle) we have learned the state of current developments as well as the current timeline of the upcoming Wolf Among Us game.
For the story, according to the leak, the Telltale game will be taking place six months after the original game, which will ensure that the game setting will be in a “winter wonderland” of New York City. The only character we can be sure will be in the Wolf Among Us game is Bigby Wolf, as he is who the game is named after. All else for the story is currently shrouded in mystery.

But on the production side of things, Wolf Among Us seems to be going quite well. The script is in the process of being finalized, and motion capture is currently underway. There’s also been a switch from Unity to Unreal Engine 4 for the game itself, which apparently has helped with streamlining the current development. All of this is good news, as prior to this rapid onset of news, Wolf Among Us 2 has seemingly been put aside since its announcement in 2019.
All that being said though, there has been no release window known currently for Wolf Among Us 2. We do know that it is going to be released on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox, but not the price either.
Thankfully, 2022 isn’t far away. We may know more about this sooner than we think.
