Pokemon Unite, like most free-to-play games, has several different types of microtransaction currency. While these are all used for different kinds of purchases – some can be redeemed for Unite Licenses or items while others unlock skins – Aeos Gems are probably the most valuable currency around.

This particular guide will focus on how to get Aeos Gems in Pokemon Unite, as well as what Aeos Gems can be used for. Here's everything you need to know.
Pokemon Unite: How To Get Aeos Gems
Unfortunately, unlike the other currencies in Pokemon Unite, Aeos Gems can only be obtained by exchanging real world money for them. From the main menu, you need to press '+' and click "Obtain" on Aeos Gems, which are the currency on the left.
The prices for Aeos Gems bundles – again, based on real-world money – are as follows:
- 60 Gems – €1.09 (plus an addtitional 60 Gems for first time buyers)
- 245 Gems – €4.49 (plus an addtitional 245 Gems for first time buyers)
- 490 Gems – €8.99 (plus an addtitional 490 Gems for first time buyers)
- 1,220 Gems – €21.99 (plus an addtitional 130 Gems for first time buyers)
- 2,450 Gems – €43.99 (plus an addtitional 290 Gems for first time buyers)
- 3,050 Gems – €54.99 (plus an addtitional 450 Gems for first time buyers)
- 6,000 Gems – €109.99 (plus an addtitional 1,100 Gems for first time buyers)
Pokemon Unite: What Aeos Gems Can Be Used For
Aeos Gems can be used to purchase most items in the game, with Unite Licenses being the most notable of the lot. All Unite Licenses can be obtained with either Aeos Coins or Aeos Gems, although the number of Gems needed for a new Pokemon is much lower (although, obviously, higher based on real-world value).
The only places you can't use Aeos Gems are in the Aeos Emporium's Fashion Ticket Exchange and Zirco Trading's Holowear Ticket Exchange, although they can be used in the other departments of both of these stores.
