PS5’s Die Shot Has Been Posted Online

Sony launched their much anticipated PS5 last November. Despite the global pandemic causing lots of stock issues, as one would expect, it seems the console was a success. It was also a rather difficult machine to get your hands on, too. Now we also have a bit of a look on the inside of the machine for those who are very tech curious.

Twitter user Fritzchens Fritz posted the entire die-shot of the PS5 to his account. You can see the full post below. According to Fritz, some Zen 2 FPU parts seem to be missing. If you’re big into the more meats and potatoes of what is in your machine, it’s probably quite a treat to dig through. He says more pictures are coming with higher quality.

Sony’s PlayStation 5 is said to have shipped 4.5 million units as of this month. The system is still technically available, but the unit is still plagued overall with stock issues.
