If there's one thing that can be said of Red Dead Redemption 2, it's that the game possesses layers of hidden detail. There are plenty of Easter Eggs and gameplay moments that numerous players likely missed during their first playthrough of Red Dead Redemption 2. One of which being a dance that Arthur can have with one of the female members of the Van der Linde gang.
Red Dead Redemption 2 is rife with memorable characters for Arthur Morgan to interact with. Many of which are part of the Van der Linde gang and can be frequently interacted with over the course of the entire game. While most of these interactions consist of chance encounters and small talk, there can be some fairly substantial interactions that the player can be a part of if they're vigilant enough. One such interaction can occur during one of the many frequent parties the gang holds over the course of the game.

A Reddit user by the name of Alvin_Whee discovered a hidden interaction between Arthur and Karen Jones where Arthur asks Karen to dance with him during one of the gang's parties, which she accepts. Similar interactions can occur with characters like Mary-Beth, but according to the Redditor, this dance between Arthur and Karen can only occur when Dutch and Miss Grimshaw are dancing as well.
It's amazing what players can manage to find and do within Red Dead Redemption 2 just by experimenting with the game's mechanics and world. This dance between Arthur and Karen is just one of several things that players will likely miss during their initial playthroughs. Another one being a cool detail about fake beggars scattered throughout Red Dead Redemption 2.
Even after releasing nearly three years ago, players are still discovering plenty of new details within Red Dead Redemption 2. Given the sheer scale of the open world featured in the game, it's easy to overlook a large amount of information and details. Not to mention events that happen outside of the player's control, such as one player finding a cat carrying a rat.
It will be interesting to see what the future holds in terms of Red Dead Redemption. Right now, Rockstar Games has been placing a lot of emphasis on Red Dead Online, with frequent content updates releasing periodically. Considering how ambitious the game is and how long Red Dead Redemption 2 took to release, it's unlikely that a mainline Red Dead Redemption installment will release anytime soon. Although, there have been rumors about a remake of the original Red Dead Redemption.
Red Dead Redemption 2 is available now for PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One.
