Sonic Frontiers is set to launch some time later this year, but fans have been wondering just how far SEGA will be embracing its new open world direction. In the latest teaser for the game, SEGA has shown a small glimpse of what the gameplay will be like. Take a look:

There appears to be an expansive world to explore, but at least at this point in development it’s not looking particularly populated. However, there also seems to be an abundance of rails to grind, loops to run through, and giant enemies to take on, as well. The trailer is so brief that there are still many questions left unanswered. Will there be characters to talk with? Towns? Different environments? We’ll just have to wait to find out as SEGA slowly pulls the curtain back on more of Sonic Frontiers.
