Bandai Namco has announced a new Tales of franchise livestream to celebrate its 25th anniversary.
While details are scant, a date for the live broadcast will be announced soon. The livestream will include notes and stories from the entire Tales of series, as well as talks focused on the responses from the user survey Bandai Namco is currently hosting. New information for the Tales of mobile games, anniversary merchandise, and more will be revealed.
The first game release in the Tales of series, Tales of Phantasia, was originally released for the Super Famicom back on December 15th, 1995 in Japan.
Bandai Namco is currently developing Tales of Arise for Windows PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One – however the game was delayed indefinitely, beyond 2020 in June of this year. Bandai Namco is also currently supporting a few mobile Tales of games, including Tales of the Rays and Tales of Crestoria.
