On the same day that the next Xbox Games with Gold officially unlocked, it turns out a bonus game was offered up free of charge as well. There is however, a bit of a catch if users want to add this bonus game to their Xbox Games With Gold for August catalog.
The middle of the month is usually when the Xbox Games with Gold games change out. The service usually offers two additional games at a time that are "free" for subscribers with one holdover from earlier in the month. They can keep these games for as long as they keep the subscription. The first two games are officially unlocked on the first of the month. The second set of games are usually unlocked around the middle of the month. This schedule continued in August when Yooka Laylee and Garou: Mark of the Wolves unlocked. However, it didn't take long for users to notice a third game unlocked at the same time, though only for certain people.

Street Fighter 4 became the extra game on offer, except it appears at this time, the title is only available for Brazil users. This isn't the first time that an extra game was offered up for both the Xbox and PS4 or PS5. There isn't always a rhyme or reason why a particular game is only offered in other markets, but there is usually a way for people outside that region to get the game.
United States users of the Xbox Live Gold will find that if they go to the Xbox store, Street Fighter 4 will still cost them $19.99 for the game. However, a look at the Brazil game store shows that it is entirely free to Xbox Live Gold users in that region.
The workaround for those who want to claim this extra Games with Gold game is going to require a bit of work if they are outside the area. Users can set up a Brazil Xbox account in order to claim the free game.
One of the interesting things about Street Fighter 4 being on offer is that this is a second fighting game for the month. Garou: Mark of the Wolves already offers a martial arts style game in addition to the one that is now unlocked for Brazil Xbox users. Whatever the reason for this third game being available at the moment, the other two games are also available for Xbox Games with Gold users in all the other regions. Just how long Street Fighter 4 will be available to Brazil users isn't known. It's possible it's for the rest of the month, but it could be for a shorter period of time.
