Xbox gamers will soon be able to get their hands on Yakuza Kiwami 2, an HD remake of the original Yakuza 2.
Sega announced today that Yakuza Kiwami is coming to Xbox One and Xbox Game Pass on July 30. It will also be available for Windows 10 through the Microsoft Store.
This is the first Yakuza game available to Xbox One players utilizing Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio’s powerful Dragon Engine. According to Sega, it features “vastly improved” graphics and performance, as well as “seamless transitions” when entering and exiting buildings or combat.
Yakuza Kiwami 2 also features a full, playable side story featuring fan-favorite character Goro Majima. The game will also have a “wealth of new substories and mini-games” to keep you playing for hours.
Kiwami 2 was previously released on PS4. Meanwhile, the original Yakuza 2 is a PlayStation 2 game from 2006.
