Chapter Sixteen, the final part of the game, has one of these. Finding Rodric's forge is an extremely simple task, but you could have skipped right over it if you rushed through the chapter. Any trophy/achievement hunter will also want to go back and get this if they missed finding the forge because it gets you one step closer to 100% completion. Rodric is introduced a little later in the game, so it helps flesh out the character a little more.
Chapter Sixteen
Chapter Sixteen is the last section of the game. Much like Chapter Nine, where you can enter through the main door for a different trophy, it is focused on combat and gameplay over story. It is a gauntlet of different challenges leading Amicia, Hugo, and the other protagonists towards the University for the final confrontation with Vitalis. You will be able to earn the trophy long before this, however.
Reaching The Right Place
You spend the majority of the chapter traveling with Rodric, a blacksmith that Amicia saved several chapters earlier. There is a small section with archers who kill two townspeople.
To bypass these soldiers, Rodric offers to push a cart forward for Amicia and Hugo to use as cover. This is where you can find Rodrico's forge. Do not start pushing the cart just yet, otherwise, it will be too late. Fortunately, if you fail during this segment, the chapter starts you off before Rodric pushes the wagon, so you can easily restart the checkpoint.
Finding The Forge
Upon incapacitating the two guards by the prison wagon and watching the two townspeople run to their untimely demises, go to the wagon and then turn around. You will see a black gate. Unfortunately, it is currently locked on the other side. To your left, there is another alleyway covered in the plague. Walk through it and turn to the right once you reach the end.
There is a small bit of dialogue where Rodric asks you to leave the gate alone. Use your sling and a rock to break the lock. Then, return to the gate, open it, and head forward.

Rodric will start running ahead of you and bemoaning what lies ahead. Follow him and you will reach the forge, thus unlocking the hidden moment and earning the trophy at the expense of the secondary character's emotional stability.
If You Already Beat The Game
If you accidentally pass this part already or have beaten the game, then you have to start the chapter over from the beginning. Unfortunately, it is difficult to miss or mess up this accolade. Just do the final chapter again and follow the instructions.
