While it took a little longer to get here this year than previous ones, this year’s Call of Duty title, Black Ops Cold War, is now here. As always, the game is a fun romp, even if we weren’t as hot on the multiplayer this go around. The game will also be with us for a year more or less as the main title, which includes fixes and updates, of which the latest should make some people pretty happy.
Weapon progress has seemed slow to a lot of players this go around, and it seems Treyarch has moved to fix that with the latest update. Both in the main multiplayer as well as zombies, you now have more weapon XP to help you get better weapons just a little quicker. There is also a fix for a small glitch on the new Nuketown ’84 map. You can read all the patch notes below or see them through here.
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is available now across most major platforms. The update is also live across all versions of the game.
