Małgorzata Cieloch, the spokesperson of the UOKiK has stated that CDPR will be charged 10 Percent of their Income if they fail to deliver (Fix the bugs) in Cyberpunk 2077. Malgorzata said, “We ask the entrepreneur to explain the problems with the game and actions taken by him. We will check how the producer is working on making corrections or solving difficulties that make it impossible to play on consoles, but also how he intends to act towards people who have made complaints and are dissatisfied with the purchase due to the lack of possibility to play the game on their equipment despite previous assurances of the producer.”
Even though Cyberpunk 2077 has already sold 13 Million in its first 10 Days alone, it is terrible news for CDPR because that loss is still a lot. Their shares keep falling day by day as Malgorzata stated they would continuously check on CDPR to see if they are fixing the bugs and problems in the consoles properly CDPR are under a lot of pressure currently if they are unable to fix these bugs, they will have to pay the fine to Polish Government it’s not a bad sign by the Polish Government either because they previously gave CDPR a funding “to develop the technology of a living city.” They failed to do that. This is just the backlash from that. In my opinion, Cyberpunk is the most disappointing game of 2020. You can read more about that here in a thoroughly detailed article.
