Dead by Daylight's gameplay loop has players competing to obtain Bloodpoints and develop their characters further. But a larger draw to the game, particularly for newcomers and fans of other horror media franchises, is Dead by Daylight's roster of licensed characters. Licensed characters have debuted horror IPs with larger-than-life characters, such as Freddy Kreuger from A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984) or Leatherface from The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (1974).
That said, Dead by Daylight's survivors and killers include original characters that also supply the iconic slasher and thriller tropes that horror fans adore. Eclectic Shop cosmetics allow fans to adorn any of their characters in different outfits and styles, whether it is a linked set or individual and interchangeable articles of clothing. In celebration of these characters and their appearances, one fan has recently shared an impressive cosplay of Dead by Daylight's first long-ranged, projectile-throwing killer.

BearerineTV shared a stunning cosplay of Dead by Daylight's Anna, better known as the Huntress. The cosplay portrays the Huntress in her default cosmetic appearance, which includes the Hare facemask and the Pillager's Sarafan garb. BearerineTV also wields props for the Huntress' broad axe, as well as a tiny throwing hatchet. With images taken in a lush, wooded area, the fan's cosplay perfectly captures the Huntress' aesthetic.
Further, the woods emulate the Huntress' DLC-related map, Red Forest, though in the daytime to show off the cosplay better. BearerineTV also reveals that they have created a brief cosplay reveal trailer that depicts the character with her signature lullaby, which survivor players in-game may hear when the Huntress is nearby.
The Huntress' gameplay, being a ranged killer, revolves primarily around replenishing throwable hatchets from lockers that are dispersed throughout each realm map. The Huntress may then aim and lob a certain number of hatchets while also taking regular swings at survivor players with her broad axe, making her gameplay fairly straightforward in Dead by Daylight. BearerineTV does a fantastic job of showcasing the Huntress' default appearance and bringing her to life in these cosplay images.
BearerineTV states that their goal is to "cosplay all killers and their default looks first," with cosplays for Spirit, Susie, Wraith, and Plague already finished. When asked by another fan who the next killer they cosplay is going to be, BearerineTV keeps details tight-lipped and says that fans will have to be a Patron on their Patreon site if they would like to be one of the first people to find out what cosplay they will be doing next. In the meantime, fans can enjoy BearerineTV's incredible work thus far on some of Dead by Daylight's most notable killer characters.
