Destiny 2: Beyond Light – Bungie Monitoring Feedback on Stasis

Destiny 2 Beyond Light - Shadebinder_02

Bungie’s Destiny 2: Beyond Light is now available for previous-gen platforms and brings new Darkness-based Stasis subclasses for players to use. While the chilling power is useful in PvE, Crucible is a somewhat different story due to its potent crowd-control. Even breaking out of Stasis will chunk a good portion of one’s health.

Players hoping for some kind of response from Bungie on this might have to wait. In its recent weekly post, the developer outlined how the element works against enemies and other players. “As always, we are monitoring community feedback and checking analytics data to consider for future tuning of the sandbox.” Free-to-play Guardians fed up with being frozen by Beyond Light owners, we feel your pain.

Bungie also provided an update on the Exotic handcannon Rose, which was disabled after players discovered its RPM to still be 150. The only update provided by the developer was that it would be resolved “in a future update.” No update was provided for Witherhoard and when it would be re-enabled for use.

Even more content is coming up for Destiny 2 players with Season of the Hunt (whose Season Pass is not included with Beyond Light, as Bungie has stated before). Check out the latest trailer here. A free upgrade to Xbox Series X/S and PS5 will also be coming in December so stay tuned for more details.
