EA has unveiled the next life simulation game. Codenamed ‘Project Rene’, the new game will be a collaboration between friends and can run on PC and mobile devices. It will also support cross-play, which allows you to move seamlessly between platforms. As of now, there is no word on when this will be released.
The Sims have been around for eight years now, so fans have been wondering what will come next. EA has revealed a teaser teasing the future of the series, dubbed ‘Project Rene.’ It’s expected to be the fifth mainline Sims game, but there’s still a long way to go before it launches.
Project Rene features a new creation tool that allows players to customise the shape of objects, such as furniture. Players can also change the colors, shapes, and patterns of objects in their homes. EA did not reveal any details of the game’s gameplay, but the preview showed players the creation tools in action.
Currently, the Sims 4 game is free to play on PC and Mac. You can also play it on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 consoles. In the future, EA plans to release two expansion packs for The Sims.
