The good
The two wireless Qi charging spots can be used for Qi-compatible iPhones or Androids. In terms of practical applications, I can imagine that this would be a good option for charging your iPhone or laptop on a short camping trip or anywhere lacking a power outlet. Also, once you do have access to a power outlet, recharging the Power Bar is relatively fast.
The bad
If there’s a downside to the Eggtronic Power Bar, it’s that it feels a little cheap – and at $150, it’s not cheap at all. Also, the power capacity is rather limited. Once you recharge a MacBook, you’ll basically have drained the Power Bar. So it’s good as a secondary backup or for a quick recharge, but it’s not going to juice a ton of devices to max capacity without needing to be recharged itself.
