Genshin Impact: Inazuma’s Best Areas

With a whole new region comes tons of exciting new things to see and do for both new and veteran fans. Genshin Impact gives each of its regions a different design to make them feel unique. Inazuma was modeled after Japan, and the team used a lot of purples to really make the land of the electro archon pop.

While there are many great places for you to visit in Inazuma, some locations do stand out a bit more than others. Below is a list of the ten best locations to visit in Inazuma.

Inazuma City

Inazuma City can be seen from many different parts of Narakami Island and is going to instantly draw your attention as soon as you leave Ritou. The city itself is lined with cherry blossoms, trees, and floating petals that play off of the cities purple hues perfectly.

There are tons of places to shop inside Inazuma City, and you can easily pick up a few quests to keep you busy.

Serpents Head

Serpents Head is a location near the Resistance Camp that features the remains of a giant Serpent killed by the Raiden Shogun. The bones of the Serpent cover the island, and the area is great for fans who need to start farming Dragon Marrow for upcoming characters.

The location is great for pictures, especially if you want to make your characters look incredibly powerful.

Grand Narakami Shrine

The Grand Narakami Shrine is located on top of Mt.Yougou and can easily be observed from all around the island. The shrine is the home of the towering Sacred Sakura Tree, an important feature that was implemented into the game to help you explore Inazuma more easily.

The shrine is also a place where you can draw a daily fortune and pick up some extra Sakura Blooms for Ayaka.

Chinju Forest

Chinju Forest may not have any domains in it, but it is a beautiful location that shouldn't be overlooked. The flowers that blanket the forest make it a perfect spot for taking gentle-looking pictures and it has already inspired some fans to make artwork depicting their favorite characters in Chinju.

The forest is also the place where Ayaka does her dance and where the Tanuki Shrine is located.

Mikage Furnace

Mikage Furnace is an interesting combination of Fontaine's technology and Inazumas's dangerous electro-infused landscape. The furnace is placed far above the ground, and below it is a beautiful landscape covered in electro energy where Naku Weed loves to grow.

The area is also full of Fatui, which can make it hard to navigate for those who haven't leveled the Sacred Sakura Tree.

Musojin Gorge

Both Liyue and Inazuma have areas that are there to display the power of their archon. This can be seen when players make their way to Musojin Gorge on Yashiori Island. The gorge is laced with electro energy that was left behind after the Raiden Shogun slew the serpent.

The Musojin Gorge literally splits the island in two and is still filled with energy to this day.

Fort Mumei

There actually aren't many ruins laying around Inazuma, so when you find the ones on Yashiori Island, it's a bit of a surprise. This area will remind you a bit of your time at the Golden Apple, as your goal here is to raise the fort from the water.

This is similar to the ruins on Narakami Island that you have to drain to access. Overall, the area has a very different feel from the rest of Inazuma.

Kamisato Estate

The Kamisato Estate is very different than the Jade Chamber but is still a gorgeous location that you will need to visit right away. This is the home of Ayaka and Ayato and is where you will be able to get your Inazuma reputation quests from.

The Kamisato Estate sits right below the Sacred Sakura and has a path leading to the beautiful Chinju Forest.

Konda Village

Konda Village is the first place you will come across after leaving Ritou and is modeled after a quaint Japanese village. It is a peaceful place where you can pick up your first few quests in Inazuma and learn a bit about the new region surrounding you.

The people who live in the village are welcoming and content with their lives in the land of eternity. This is also the first place that you will be able to meet someone who had their vision taken away.

Ritou

The first place you will see in Inazuma is Ritou; a port made up of people who came to Inzauma from other nations. While things are far from perfect in the small town, it's a tranquil place to visit and full of friendly faces that don't mind helping out the Traveler when they can.

While being trapped in Ritou is a bit irritating at first, it's always nice to come back to the area when you need to harvest Maple Wood.
