Minnesota Vikings Player Justin Jefferson is Not Happy About His Madden NFL 22 Rating

With each new Madden NFL title, new players are added and existing player's stats are updated. Madden NFL 22's player ratings have come under fire from one of the players on the Minnesota Vikings team.

During a recent video made by the Minnesota Vikings, wide receiver Justin Jefferson was asked how he feels about his rating in Madden NFL 22. The NFL player was visibly upset by the question because he's admittedly a big fan of Madden NFL. According to the wide receiver, it was crazy to not see himself in any of the top ten ratings for Madden NFL 22.

Jefferson admits to being a big gamer during his conversation with the Minnesota Vikings' Gabe Henderson during a ride around the football field. The two are conversing in a golf cart as Jefferson reluctantly admits his disappointment with his Madden NFL 22 rating. The NFL player is using his disappointment in this Madden NFL 22 rating to motivate himself for the upcoming season.

The current top ten list of wide receivers in Madden NFL 22 is Davante Adams at number one followed by Deandre Hopkins, Tyreek Hill, Stefon Diggs, Julio Jones, Michael Thomas, Keenan Allen, Amari Cooper, Mike Evans, and Allen Robinson in that order. According to Jefferson, his catch rating should be 92 or higher, his speed rating a 90 or higher, and finally his spectacular catch should be at around 95. These stats would put the Minnesota Vikings wide receiver in the top ten of Madden NFL 22.

Before being reminded that Jefferson rarely drops the ball, Henderson was hesitant to agree with the revised score. The duo agree they shouldn't expect anything else than the Madden NFL 22 stats that Jefferson made for himself, but EA Sports sees things differently.

According to the official NFL stats, Jefferson should definitely be in the Madden NFL 22 top ten for wide receivers. The football player is better on average than a large chunk of the wide receivers on the list despite being omitted from it. In terms of receiving yards, Jefferson should be in third on the list with 1,400, while his yards per route run should place him in second with 2.66.

Although Jefferson is upset by his Madden NFL 22 rating, his performance this season could improve his in-game stats. Some other NFL fans have pointed out that most players in the top ten play with popular quarterbacks who may shine more light on them. Fans responding to Jefferson mostly sent invites to the Council of Kirk, while one cheekily said that they don't want to talk about Madden NFL in general.

Madden NFL 22 releases on August 20 for PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
