Quick Heal immediately restores your and your party's HP at the touch of a button while in the field, or you can select it from your Camp Menu. However, you cannot quick heal unless you have donuts in your inventory. So where can you get these donuts? We've got a full guide right here.
Where to Get Donuts
Each region that you visit in the game has its own specialty donut, but they all essentially do the same thing. Each one restores 50 HP to each character in your party when used individually, or they can be used in conjunction with the Quick Heal function to restore your whole party's health. Donuts can be purchased from the Market NPC in each town for 50z each, are sometimes given as quest rewards, or you can make your own once you have the recipes.
There are also special rare donuts in the game called Heart Churros, these special items can only be used from within the Camp Menu and restore one Heart when used. These items are really scarce, so you're best saving them for when you really need one.
How to Make Donuts
Donuts can be created by using the Combine function from the Camp Menu, but first, you'll need the recipes. You can obtain the recipe for each region's donuts by completing certain quests that become available from the Quest Board. We have a full list of each donut and its respective quest just below, as well as the ingredients required to make them.
