While Pokemon fans aren’t certain exactly when Pokemon Sword and Shield will have access to the Crown Tundra DLC, the new content is scheduled to come out during Fall 2020. As it gets closer to the time the DLC will be released, many fans are curious about the details of the additional content and what it will be bringing to the main game. Recently, one fan leaked more elements of Crown Tundra DLC that look like they can be the real deal.
Pokemon Sword and Shield DLCs are a point of contention among the games’ fanbase. When the main game was first released, many players were upset to discover that not all Pokemon from previous generations would be available. However, the DLCs will be bringing more of these Pokemon into the game, and the recent leaks are giving gamers a sneak peak at what to expect from the next batch of Pokemon that will be included in the Crown Tundra DLC.

One player posted a video on YouTube, leaking plot elements and new Pokemon that players who buy the DLC will be able to see. Each version of the game will receive access to different evolutionary lines of Pokemon that mirror each other’s type. The list of Pokemon also includes various Legendary Pokemon closely associated with previous games in the franchise as well as a few different fossils that players can revive into ancient Pokemon.

There are also specific locations for players to find and capture the legendary bird trio, Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres. According to the video, the Crown Tundra DLC will be dropping on October 23, which makes sense based on the amount of time the first DLC took until its launch. However, these are not officially confirmed to be included in Crown Tundra DLC at this time.
While this may not be official, it seems that the new DLC will be including exciting Pokemon that many may like to add to their Pokemon teams. With the future will come more details on the Crown Tundra DLC, and soon enough players will able to play through this new story for themselves.
