Sony has a ton of exclusive content in the pipeline from now through 2022, with many projects likely also unknown to the general public. Still, it's hard to argue that it's biggest franchises right now are God of War, Horizon, and Spider-Man. In fact, the first two sent waves through the fandoms when they were initially announced for 2021.
Now, following God of War's delay, it seems that Horizon Forbidden West is being slightly delayed into Q1 2022. It's worth noting that this isn't surprising, given the pandemic's impact on game development, but it came down from an initial report from Bloomberg, not Sony itself (yet). In other words, Sony will likely make it official soon, and that may mean big things for Sony, the PS4 and PS5 platforms, and more in 2022.

In short, there is a good chance that the God of War sequel, Horizon Forbidden West, and Spider-Man 2 all release in 2022. If Horizon Forbidden West is targeting Q1 2022, it would make sense for God of War to target Q2 (April, for its anniversary) or Q3, and Spider-Man 2 to release in Q3 or Q4 2022. The latter is perhaps the most shaky, but it doesn't seem impossible with recent happenings.
First, Horizon Forbidden West was/still is officially releasing this fall. It would have likely released in November as Sony's big fall 2021 game, so a delay into Q1 2022 will likely be announced alongside a proper release date, as it likely means a few months of extra polish is the goal. This is only good for fans of Horizon, and it would be a sign of confidence in the new release date. In other words, fans shouldn't expect another delay after that.
Then, of course, God of War was delayed out of 2021 and into 2022. At the same time, it confirmed that the next God of War game was to be a PS4/PS5 release. Outside of that, there's really nothing else known. It stands to reason God of War will become a bigger focus as Horizon nears its release, with many expecting marketing to begin soon. If it does, Q2 becomes even more likely, but as Sony really has a year-round preference for its big releases, seeing God of War in the summer wouldn't be that surprising. And with such a big initial delay, out of 2021 into 2022, it stands to reason that another is unlikely. However, it is more likely than Horizon Forbidden West.
Finally, there's Spider-Man 2. Nothing, absolutely nothing, is known about this game. Insomniac Games has not confirmed the game to be in development, much less announced anything about it. But, based on the original PS4 release and Miles Morales, it's a sure bet. In fact, it does seem development on Spider-Man 2 was teased by the Miles Morales actor doing mocap, and that hopefully means it's progressing swimmingly. It wouldn't be surprising to hear about the game early next year and to receive it near the end, just in time for the holidays.
Overall, again, these three games aren't the only thing in Sony's pipeline for the next few months/year or so. However, if Sony releases all of these games in 2022, the year won't just beat PS4's 2018 (God of War and Spider-Man), it has the potential to leave it in the dust.
