For characters who are small, Bowser and his Minions are a huge problem in the Mushroom Kingdom. These pesky puppets are responsible for stopping Mario in his quest to rescue Princess Peach from their commander. However, there is a slight problem. Nintendo has never confirmed the height of its mascots, so a little bit of mathematics is needed here.

The Koopalings height in this article has been calculated by converting pixels into feet. In 2015, Nintendo sold a ‘life-sized’ Mario statue that was roughly 5 ft. The artwork for this magnificent statue was approximately 230 pixels. Divide that by 5, it works out to approximately 46 pixels per foot. Divide that by 12 (the number of inches in a foot), there are approximately 4 pixels per inch, which can be compared against Nintendo's offical artwork. With that clarified, here's the answer to the age-old question; how tall is Bowser and his minions?
Bowser – 10 ft 2 in
Bowser is the big bad boy of the Super Mario universe and the king of the Mushroom Kingdom's badlands. Bowser’s height varies from game to game, depending on his form.
In Bower’s Fury, he absorbs the power of a Grand Star, towering over the world. In most games, however, Bowser is usually twice the height of Mario, which would put him around ten ft two inches.
Kamek 5 ft 1 in
Kamek is a powerful Magikoopa who acts as an adviser to Bowser as part of the Koopa Troop.
This blue koopa can be found using dastardly tricks to mess with players and causing general trouble throughout the Mushroom Kingdom. This antagonist is the second tallest of Bowser’s minions, coming in at approximately five ft one inch.
Bowser Jr – 4 ft 4 in
The only child of Bowser, Bowser Jr is the heir of the Fire Kingdom. He was introduced to the series in Super Mario Sunshine and since then has been a friend, foe, playable character, and ally in Mario games.

Despite being six years old Bowser Jr stands above most of his father’s minions at four ft four in, which is just under the average height of a six-year-old human child.
Roy Koopa – 5 ft
The Koopalings are a clan of siblings that are intent on causing mischief in the Mushroom Kingdom. Under Bowser, they are the leaders of the Koopa Troop, who are determined to stop Mario at all costs.
Roy is the very definition of ‘brawn over brain’. His attack patterns are often very aggressive, preferring brute force over calculated plans. He was actually named after the rock and roll musician Roy Orbison, who was known for his bright pink sunglasses. Roy Koopa is a little shorter than his namesake though, coming in at just over five ft.
Iggy Koopa – 5 ft
Iggy Koopa is a childish genius that's great at tinkering with gadgets to help the Koopalings in their conquest for power. With his glasses and long green hair, he is certainly reminiscent of a mad scientist. However, Iggy isn’t named after any well-known scientists.

He continues the musician naming trend, being named after Iggy Pop, the leader of the rock band The Stooges. This member of the Koopalings is right around five feet, just slightly smaller than Roy.
Morton Koopa Jr – 5 ft
Morton Koopa Jr, otherwise known as Morton and Big Mouth Koopa, is one of the most mysterious Koopalings in the lineup. He has a dark grey tinge to his skin, which is unlike Bowser and the Koopalings yellow coloration. Morton Koopa Jr is named after the famous talk show host Morton Downey Jr.
This is why this character has the ‘Jr.” suffix, despite not being related to Bowser. He comes in just under 5 feet.
Ludwig von Koopa – 4 ft
Ludwig von Koopa is the eldest and the self-proclaimed leader of the Koopalings. Because of his age, it’s suggested that he ranks high enough in the minion ranks to receive direct orders from and reports directly to Bowser.

As the eldest, Ludwig is arrogant and intelligent, with a large overbite and wild blue hair. Despite being the eldest, however, Ludwig is nearly a foot shorter than some of his siblings, measuring up around four feet (hair not included).
Larry Koopa – 4 ft
This Koopaling is the youngest of the group, but isn’t actually the shortest of Bowser’s minions.
Larry Koopa is a loyal servant of Bowser who first appeared in Super Mario Bros. 3. He comes in at a little under four feet.
Wendy O' Koopa – 4 ft
There is nothing better than seeing some girl power behind the war crimes committed in the Mushroom Kingdom.
Wendy O. Koopa is the girl boss behind it all. She is the only girl in the Koopalings, measuring the same height as her brother, Larry – just under four feet.
Lemmy Koopa – 3 ft
This crazed Koopaling is best known for his stylish rainbow mohawk and magical juggling balls.
Larry Koopa may be the youngest of the group, but Lemmy Koopa is the shortest Koopaling, coming in at just over three feet. His small stature means he is often associated with being immature, but this Koopa can pack a whack.
