This week begins with a lengthy discussion on Gamescom's Opening Night Live presentation. Eric Switzer is joined by Cian Maher, Dave Aubrey, James Troughton, and George Foster as the four of them discuss the biggest reveals and showcases. Some highlights from this section include some positive thoughts on DokeV (not its music though, according to Dave), a sincere lack of Dragon Age, and some big hopes for Saints Row.

After this, Eric is joined by Stacey Henley and Jade King to discuss Twelve Minutes, the time-looping adventure indie that has seen a very mixed response online. As for these three, it's a pretty negative reception overall, with criticism levied towards its twisting story and repetitive gameplay.
The next segment features Eric, Jade, George, and James discussing some of the games that have released over the last week, and their initial impressions of them. . George has been playing Psychonauts 2, which he has nothing but praise for, whilst Jade was overall positive on Ghost of Tsushima's Iki Island expansion found within the Director's Cut. Eric then shares his thoughts on Alien: Fireteam Elite, which he also has some high praise for and recommends to the crew.
Rounding off the podcast is some discussion on Destiny 2's Witch Queen expansion between Eric, Charles Burgar, and Sean Murray. As most of Twitter can attest to, it was a pretty exciting reveal that seems to have fans anticipating its release.
