After his Twitch announcement on Twitter, Corpse Husband gave his fans less than 24 hours to prepare for his first stream. During his first Twitch stream, Corpse Husband teased a new song for his very first viewers to get something out of joining him for his first stream. Within just a few hours of his first stream, Corpse Husband was able to reach 74,000 viewers.

Maintaining his undead theme, Back 4 Blood was fittingly Corpse Husband's choice for his first two streams. Back 4 Blood is a co-op zombie shooter for which Corpse Husband teamed up with Valkyrae, Sykkuno, and DisguisedToast to defeat hordes of zombies. This Back 4 Blood stream acted as an early birthday celebration for Corpse Husband, and it quickly made his channel one of the biggest on Twitch.

Corpse Husband gained a huge following through his music and collaborations with other musicians such as Machine Gun Kelly and Bring me the Horizon. Being a gamer as well, Corpse Husband was able to reach another community through a YouTube channel where he makes Among Us videos. Several of Corpse Husband's Among Us videos have exceeded 20 million viewers, showing just how many gamers are interested in the musician's gaming endeavors.

After Corpse Husband's strong Twitch debut, he was able to reach many milestones and he will likely continue to gain traction as more of his YouTube followers discover his Twitch channel. With his birthday being on August 8, the birthday stream started Corpse Husband's celebrations off well. Corpse Husband recently spoke to the differences between Twitch and YouTube, suggesting that streaming is good for him as it forces him to "become very uncomfortable.”

The speed at which Corpse Husband was able to reach one million followers is a milestone on the platform and a testament to his content. Reaching these big numbers within a few streams may show signs that Corpse Husband is another big Twitch streamer to look out for. While his YouTube content production may slow down due to the Twitch streaming, Corpse Husband plans to continue creating videos as well.
