Vindictus offers a huge roster of unique classes, that are also gender-locked, and heavily appearance-locked – as is expected from any Korean Hub-MMORPG like MapleStory, SoulWorker, Kritika etc.
So in essence each class embodies a specific character, which you can also customize the appearance of (but not too much), and of course you are able to buy hundreds of unique cosmetics for your class.
Vindictus is well known for its awesome action combat system – that still holds up to today’s standards – so don’t be afraid to try multiple classes! Most of them also offer a second weapon choice (described below), which in most cases changes up the class’ gameplay significantly!

Class Description: A headstrong battle witch adept in both blades and spells. Her history is unknown. She wields her eponymous Spellsword in her right hand, while using a magical Focus in her left to cast spells. This combination makes her extremely versatile, but difficult to control. Recommended for players who have action game experience.

Class Description: The Spellwhip is Arisha’s second weapon. Effective from close to mid-range, it’s capable of relentless attacks followed by a powerful strike that can shatter enemy defenses. This weapon also grants the use of new magic spells while retaining the utility of her Focus.

Class Description: Battle Scythe is Evie’s second weapon. With this, Evie can lash out in frenzied melee attacks, and also combine them with magic! She can even use Blink to perform lightning-fast dodges in the middle of all the action.

Class Description: Twin Chainblades are Vella’s second weapon. These razor-sharp blades are ideal for both melee and ranged combat. They maintain a special Status Effect through consecutive smash hits and allow Vella to attack in patterns so elaborate, all the enemy ever sees is a flash of steel chains.
