Someone who worked in the Rockstar office claims that the map is ‘huge’ and that they saw art that suggests GTA 6 is coming out September 2025.

GTA 6 has become synonymous with leaked information at this point, which highlights the anticipation for the game and the craving for new information about the first new GTA in 12 years.

It started with the infamous GTA hack and a 60-page document detailing everything in it, which was followed by new footage being leaked by what was supposedly the son of one of the Rockstar bosses. Rockstar didn’t even get to release the first GTA 6 trailer when they wanted, as that too was leaked early.

Now even more information is circling on social media, as someone who claims to have cleaned the Rockstar office in London reveals everything they saw, from a ‘huge’ map to an advert that said ‘September 2025’.

The cleaner say they worked in the office for six months and although the monitors had privacy protectors, and the workers couldn’t talk about what game they were working on, the cleaner still gathered some information to share.

Among the most interesting pieces of information was what the cleaner describe as ‘the final frame of a trailer or some sort of advert’ with the GTA logo on it and ‘September 2025’ under it.

The first GTA 6 trailer only revealed the release year for the game, and if what the cleaner claim they saw is correct – which should be taken with a pinch of salt – ‘September 2025’ could be part of the next trailer for GTA 6 revealing the release month as well.

The cleaner also claims to have seen the map on one of the dev’s monitors, despite the protection screen, saying in a Reddit post:

‘The map looked huge, saw it on a monitor briefly as I was walking past one of the devs, looked like there was like 2-3 big clusters of roads which I’m assuming were cities/towns.’

They also claim to have seen art from the game, with Lucia and Jason robbing an off-licence, saying:

‘I also saw some art for the game, with Jason and Lucia standing beside each other. Jason had a sawed-off, black bandana on, pointing a gun at store clerk. Lucia had a pistol, red bandana on, filling a duffel bag with liquor from behind the till.’

This is exactly what happened in the robbery scene in the trailer, except Jason isn’t holding a shotgun. Although we’re suspicious at anyone in the UK using the word ‘liquor’. which instantly makes it sound like an American making things up on the Internet.

Another claim they made was that they overheard one of the devs watch a video of Bryan Zampella, who was rumoured to be the lead actor in GTA 6 at one point, when the dev said, ‘thank f*** that didn’t work out,’ indicating that Zampella isn’t in the game.

The poster says they didn’t sign a non-disclosure agreement, which seems unlikely, but according to the subreddit’s moderator they’ve sent them proof that they worked there.

It could be true and they unknowingly signed an NDA, which could lead them into a lot of trouble for leaking confidential material. Of it could be true and they didn’t sign an NDA, which sounds unlikely seeing that Rockstar is working on the most anticipated game in games history. Or it could be fake, and they’ve done a lot of research to get some internet clout.

We won’t know for sure until the release date is announced but it’s amusing to think that all of Rockstar’s secrecy has been undone by a humble cleaner.
