Genshin Impact: How to Get Tricolor Dango Recipe | Game Rant

Cooking is a major part of Genshin Impact. Meals grant important combat bonuses, and characters can express their personality with the ability to make unique dishes. Even more recipes are available with the release of the Genshin Impact Version 2.0 update. Travelers who are exploring Inazuma would benefit from learning how to use the regional ingredients to cook up some culturally inspired dishes. This guide will explain how to get the Tricolor Dango Recipe for players who want to put their Sakura Blooms to use.

Tricolor Dango is a recovery dish. It has the effect of healing 32% of a character's Max HP upon consumption, plus an additional 1,250 HP. The Delicious Tricolor Dango variant heals 34% of Max HP, plus an additional 1,900 HP. Players who stock up on recovery dishes such as this can have increased party variety, as they won't have to overly rely on healers like Barbara in Genshin Impact.

The Tricolor Dango Recipe can be purchased for 5,000 Mora from Kiminami Anna in Inazuma City. This restaurant owner is located right across the street from Amenoma Smithy. Blacksmiths are easy to spot on the map by their prominent anvil symbol, so it should be easy to find Kiminami Anna.

After the purchase, players just need to use the recipe from their inventory to be able to cook up some Tricolor Dango from any campfire or stove location in Teyvat. The necessary ingredients are as follows:

  • Milk x2
  • Snapdragon x2
  • Sakura Bloom x2
  • Rice x1

These ingredients are easy enough for Travelers to get their hands on. Snapdragon plants are commonly found near lakes and rivers, while milk and rice can be purchased in abundance from NPCs. Players will also find many Sakura Bloom locations in Inazuma while questing in the recently-added area.

While having a healthy supply of restorative meals is very wise, some players should probably think twice before cooking up too much Tricolor Dango. The Sakura Bloom ingredient is also a crucial Ascension material for the 5-star character Kamisato Ayaka. Any fan who is lucky enough to get Ayaka during her promotional Wish period will definitely want to stockpile their Sakura Blooms so they can level up the powerful Cryo wielder.

Aside from recipes and Ascension materials, there are plenty of other collectibles and discoveries for curious Travelers to find in the Inazuma region. To make the most of their time in the new areas, players will want to gather Electro Sigils for raising their Electrogranum level in Genshin Impact. The journies in Inazuma have only just begun, so Travelers aren't likely to become stagnant anytime soon.

Genshin Impact is available now on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5, with a Switch version in development.
