The highly anticipated sequel to Square Enix’s RPG The World Ends with You is now available globally for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
After a slew of leaks of early versions of the game and issues before its release date, the JRPG about which we previously spoke and waited with bated breath on Game Freaks 365 has been released worldwide today for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. However, we must wait for the PC version to be released on the Epic Games Store later this summer.
The follow-up is finally here
The World Ends With You landed in Japan 14 years ago. A one-of-a-kind title with its own personality and distinct graphical style, produced by Square Enix to surprise fans searching for a new and daring JRPG. Neo is the Nintendo DS game’s sequel.
For those who may not be familiar with this Square Enix title or have not read the article we have dedicated to it recently, Neo: The World Ends with You brings players to Shibuya’s busy streets. You step into the shoes of protagonist Rindo and participate in the life-or-death survival fight known as the “Reapers’ Game.” Rindo is joined by a cast of stylish and intriguing characters as they explore Tokyo’s core to unravel the mysteries behind this dark game.
Neo: The World Ends with You is currently available for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch systems, with a PC version coming later this summer on the Epic Games Store. Players who purchase the game before August 26, 2021, will receive additional in-game goods that will help them in the early stages of the game.
