Save for the game's six Illumina Spots, no course in New Pokemon Snap has fewer photo requests than Secret Side Path (Night). That's because it only actually features one of them, which is given to players by Todd straight after players pay their first visit to the course at night. To fulfill the request, they'll need to return once more and snap a special photograph of Foongus, which is one of the 20 new Pokemon that were added into the game in August of 2021 as part of the 2.0 update.

Though the request's description is nowhere near as cryptic as some of the others found in New Pokemon Snap, figuring out how to get the Pokemon to perform the required pose and where exactly in the course the picture needs to be taken can actually be a little tricky. Without the use of a guide, it would likely necessitate a fair amount of trial and error. With the right walkthrough though, it ends up being a fairly simple request to complete and turn in.
The Parachute request can be completed at research level 1 or higher, although players will first need to visit the course and snap a photo of a Foongus before they actually receive Todd's photo request in their LenTalk message inbox. Once they have it, they should start the course as they usually would, heading straight past the Caterpie to the area where the path branches off to the right. At this point, it's important that players don't scan the bushes to change routes, as this will prevent them from being able to get the photograph that they need.
Not long after, they'll pass a Combee and the NEO-ONE will fall off a ledge, bouncing off of several Foongus on its way down to the area below. Here, players should look directly beneath the NEO-ONE for a large group of Foongus with Pokeball patterns on the top of their heads. There are a few smaller groups on the way down that match this description, but the one that players need is the furthest away from them in the area that's beneath where the NEO-ONE ends up landing.
Once players have located the Foongus in question, players will need to hit the group with some Illumina Orbs, which will cause the Pokemon to jump up into the air and then float back down. It's at this point that players will need to snap a photo of them slowly falling, and turning it in at the end of the run will complete the request. It's definitely worth noting that players can throw the Illumina Orb after they land rather than while they're on the way down. In fact, it's even possible to get the Pokemon to jump up multiple times in a single run if players are fast enough with their throws.
