This information comes from a recent post on a Nintendo Switch page on Facebook, in which they shared an image that translates to “Available in Argentina, Chile, Columbia, and Peru. Very soon!”

A specific date for the launch was not yet mentioned, but we can assume it will be in the coming months if it’s supposed to be “very soon.” According to Nintendo Life, the eShop launched in Brazil for the first time last December, and it offered 400 games from day one. It’s likely that we will see a similar setup for the shop’s upcoming launch in the new locations.

The expansion of the eShop is not all that’s new for Nintendo. Recently, we learned that the Nintendo Switch game, Fitness Boxing, is going to get an anime adaptation. No one really knows a ton about this, and it’s a little difficult to imagine as an anime, considering it’s a game in which the player is just boxing their way to victory. However, the anime will apparently focus on what happens when the Fitness Boxing instructors are done teaching. At the very least, it will be interesting to see what they can do with this.
