This week sees the release of two relatively heavy hitters finally making their way to store shelves: Biomutant and Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne Remastered.
Biomutant has been a long time coming. The title was first announced way back in 2017 and has been a hot topic among the gaming community for a long time. It’s been pushed back numerous times without a release date, but its time has finally come.
Available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, the open-world adventure game with the charming cast can be picked up at Amazon and GameStop for $59.99. We’re getting to spend some time in the world this week, so you should expect to see our thoughts on the title relatively soon. In the meantime, you can check out the launch trailer below.
The other big launch this week is Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne Remastered. This title is a remaster of one of the most revered RPGs from the PlayStation 2 generation. It’s nice to see it get a bit of a facelift for more modern consoles.
Nocturne Remastered is available now for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC with refreshed English localizations, and Japanese and English voiceovers. Models and backgrounds are fully upgraded to give the title a cleaner look. The remaster also features a new difficulty mode. Nocturne is regarded as a very difficult RPG, so for those looking to take in the story and not feel so bombarded by the difficulty, the option is there.
The title is available for $49.99 at Amazon and GameStop. You can get the PC version on sale for $40.99 at Fanatical.
