Plan B from Outer Space: A Bavarian Odyssey

Plan B from Outer Space: A Bavarian Odyssey is a new sci-fi comedy coming this fall from RobotPumpkin Games.

RobotPumpkin Games along with Assemble Entertainment announced their next title. This new project from the German development firm is a sci-fi adventure that matches interplanetary castaways against the hospitality of South Germany.

With a structure similar to Robot Pumpkin’s initial release (The Innsmouth Case), Plan B from Outer Space: A Bavarian Odyssey is presented as an interactive book in which the player’s decisions impact the conclusion of the game. Create your very own cute, cuddly, and cunning space critter with distinctive traits. There are nineteen distinct alternative endings to discover, which means lots of trial and error with humorous consequences.

A good old alien sci-fi comedy

A charming alien is hit by space debris and crashes in the south of Germany while cruising through our solar system. Unfortunately for them, the inhabitants aren’t exactly up to speed on the realities of life beyond Earth. So these shapeshifting castaways must use their particular powers to fit in and find out how to leave the planet, which smells strongly of hops and salted bread.

Plan B from Outer Space: A Bavarian Odyssey is a charming, comedic sci-fi adventure that lovingly pokes fun at Bavarian culture in a way that only Robot Pumpkin Games can. It’s got cute aliens, pretzels, and plenty of (virtual) beer. What more could you ask for?” said Stefan Marcinek, CEO of Assemble Entertainment.
