When you start a match in Pokemon Unite as Snorlax, the first thing you'll want to do is choose Tackle. After gaining Rest at level three, your next choice will be between Heavy Slam and Flail – choose Heavy Slam, as its damage potential is pretty wild.
For your second upgraded move, take Block over Yawn. Block is one of the best defensive abilities in the entire game and can save your whole team from defeat if used in the right scenarios. Snorlax's Unite move is called Power Nap and causes it to attack enemies in its sleep, sort of like Sleep Talk from the mainline games.

You want to give Snorlax as much survivability as possible given that its bulk is what makes it stand out. I don't usually advocate for Leftovers, but they're a good choice here. I'd go with a Scoring Shield or Aeos Cookie for the third held item slot, with a slight preference for the latter.
For your battle item, I'd say go with X Attack. A lot of people run Eject Button Snorlax, which is useful given the increase to mobility you get, but Snorlax is so immobile that all you're really doing is slightly delaying your death more often than not. X Attack, on the other hand, can make Heavy Slams really sting.

As Snorlax, you'll want to be either a top or bottom laner. Your job is to stop the enemy team from scoring, so you'll usually be working alongside a high DPS partner like Zeraora, Pikachu, or Gengar. There's no real need for you to go near the jungle – you don't have the mobility to escape precarious situations here and you're not particularly well-equipped to take on fights on your own.
Instead, play safe, slow, and smart in either the top or bottom lane and stick there with a partner for the entire game. It's okay to make the occasional push, but remember your job is to defend the goal zone – you can't defend if you're dead, so prioritize staying alive as much as possible.
