Spiritfarer: All Seeds And Where To Get Them

Quick Links

While sailing the seas and traveling to different islands in Spiritfarer, you will have the chance to tend crops on your boat. Although the game isn't a farming simulator, farming is an important part of the game. There are tons of seeds available, which can be grown into various produce or materials.

In this guide, we are going to go over every seed and where to get it. Seeds are split into three main categories; field, garden, and orchard. Most of these seeds will be recognizable plants that exist in real life, but there are a few curious seeds with special purposes outside of cooking. First, let's take a look at how to plant and water the seeds you will collect.

Growing And Watering Plants

As mentioned above, you will be able to grow seeds in a field, garden, and orchard. These buildings will unlock as you progress through the game and level up your blueprint station at Albert's Shipyard.

To plant a seed, all you need to do is enter one of these three buildings and interact with a plot. A menu will pull up, displaying all seeds that can be planted in the building. Choose your seed and plant it.

Seeds need to be watered as well. When a water drop icon is above a plant, this means that you need to water it. Simply go over to the crop in need of watering, and interact with it. Stella will pull out a watering can, and the dirt around the plant will get darker.

Once the plant is fully grown, you can harvest it. Additionally, you can play music to all plants to speed up growth. To do this, hold the guitar button (F on PC, Y on Xbox, Triangle on PS, and X on Switch). Stella will begin playing music, with notes going across the screen for you to follow.

Almost all the seeds can be purchased from the Racoon Inc. store, found on major locations around the map. This guide will go over these locations, but crates found in the water will also have a chance to hold any of these seeds. Overall, the quickest way to get seeds is by purchasing them.

Now that you know the basics of tending to your crops, let's go over all seeds and where to find them.

Field Seeds

Field seeds will be available early in the game, as the field unlocks with the beginner blueprint station. The seeds in this building can grow edible foods, as well as non-edible material needed for crafting. Below, you can find all seeds, as well as their price, location, and produced item.

Lastly, we have orchard seeds, which grow into trees. The orchard is a building unlocked with the craftsman blueprint station, allowing you to grow two trees at a time. Once you plant a tree, you will not be able to remove it unless you destroy the orchard. To account for this, you can build three orchards to hold each tree type.
