Returning after a 16-year hiatus, Psychonauts 2 offers a return to Double Fine's zany cult-classic platformer franchise, seeing several of the original game's most iconic characters return for the sequel. Included in that lineup is Psychonauts and Psychonauts in the Rhombus of Ruinvillain Dr. Caligosto Loboto, who actually gets an entire level themed around his unsettling obsession with teeth.
This dental nightmare prologue may mostly focus on setting up Raz's adventure and teaching players how to utilize his suite of psychic abilities, however, it also comes with the game's first lineup of collectibles, including emotional baggage for players to collect. As those who've hopped into Psychonauts 2 will know, every item of Emotional Baggage requires a tag to open it, and it can be tricky to locate the tags and their corresponding bags considering some require skills Raz unlocks later in the game.

As a result, players can actually only reach 100% completion on Loboto's Labyrinth once they've finished the Lady Luctopus casino mission, at which point Sasha will give Raz the ability to travel to previous worlds using the Collective Unconscious hub. Once players do reach that point, this is how they'll find every piece of Emotional Baggage and its tag in Loboto's twisted mental palace.
The Duffel Bag

The first bag you'll come across in Psychonauts 2 is the duffel bag. Chances are you'll find this pretty easily, as the bag itself is on top of a photocopier in the office space players have their first fight in. After the cutscene where Coach Oleander instructs Raz to open the teeth door, players should ignore his instructions and head down the steps to the right and look for several desks with stacks of paper. Behind these desks is the duffel bag tag.
Double back to the steps and look next to them to see the bag. Those who missed this the first time through can eventually access Loboto's Labyrinth via the Collective Unconscious, where they'll spawn into the office space.
The Hat Box

Once players have entered the second teeth door, they'll find themselves in a twisting office where they'll hear Sasha shouting for help as he fights back against a giant uvula. On the way over to help their mentor, players can snag the hat box tag, which is hidden in plain sight on the right-hand side of the room. In terms of the bag, it's found a little further into the level.
Once players learn the pyrokinesis ability, they'll be tasked with venturing through a large room filled with flammable posters. Halfway through this room, a giant portrait of Dr. Loboto can be found covering a small hole in the wall. Burn it to reveal a small office containing the hat box.
The Purse

The purse is the first bag players will only be able to get once they return to Loboto's Labyrinth through the Collective Unconscious. The tag can be found in the Dental Void area where Milla teaches the player how to use their levitation ability. It's located atop a dental mirror on the right-hand side of the area, which players can levitate to using the nearby updraft.
As for the bag, it can be found when returning to Loboto's Labyrinth, with the player teleporting to the pyrokinesis poster room and following it all the way to the office at the end of the section. Upon arriving at the room, the purse can be found atop a bookshelf to the left, sitting underneath the "don't snitch" poster.

The Steamer Trunk

The steamer trunk can only be acquired once players return with the mental connection ability acquired in Hollis' class. The tag is found in the Dental Void area just before players jump into the hole and roll down the electrified teeth tunnel. If they look to the right of the hole, they'll see thought bubbles they can jump between using mental connection, with the tag sat on a dental mirror at the end of the chain.
The bag can be found just after the aforementioned teeth tunnel section. Once players have navigated down the precarious slope, they can find a mental connection chain directly to their right. Navigate across it and look to the left to see the steamer trunk.
The Suitcase

The suitcase is the final bag in the Loboto's Labyrinth area. The tag can be snagged after navigating down the electrified teeth tunnel, where it can be found sitting across a floating set of teeth to the left. Players can grab this during their first run-through of Loboto's Labyrinth, although the suitcase itself can't be opened until returning via the Collective Unconscious.
When players are able to return, they'll need to head to the office where they saved Sasha and look for a poster of a set of teeth. Burn it to reveal the suitcase and complete all the emotional baggage in the area.
Psychonauts 2 is out now on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
