For starters, you’re not so much hunting Alpine Goats as you are poaching them. Goats are domesticated animals in Red Dead, meaning you'll lose honor for hunting them. So keep the repercussions in mind, especially if you're hunting during the day.
- Given the penalties for hunting these domesticated creatures, you'll want to be tactful about your poaching, hunting majorly at night and with stealthier weapons.
