Two more games will be free on the Epic Games Store, according to a leak. Revealed by multiple outlets, including mydealz.de, Mothergunship and Train Sim World 2 will be free from July 29 for one week.
Mothergunship is an indie bullet hell/roguelike first-person shooter, and originally launched in 2018. It also features a crafting mechanic, as well as online co-op gameplay. As the name would suggest, Train Sim World 2 is a much different title; a train simulator that released last year for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

As with all of the free offerings from Epic Games Store, the game is yours to keep as long as you've claimed it before the offer expires. Therefore, you won't have to make the space for it on your hard drive if you're not interested in playing just yet.
Free giveaways on Epic Games Store often find their way online before the official announcement. Such as the case with Control last month, with some outlets advertising the surprise deal a day in advance.
Epic Games Store has become notorious for its free giveaways – of which there has been one a week since its launch in 2018. However, as discovered in Epic V Apple court documents, this has come at some cost to the publisher – having paid $1,500,000 for Batman Arkham. Yet with the giveaways still going on into the latter half of 2022, something must be working.
