After Raz is finally allowed outside of the Motherlobe to pursue his mission to fix Ford Cruller's mind, Psychonauts 2 players will gain access to a wealth of new areas and mind-bending missions. One of the latter occurs after they enter the brain of former Psychic Six member Compton Boole, who has locked himself away in the Psychoisolation Chamber due to his severe anxiety.
His brain will task players with completing frantic cook-off challenges, as every meal Raz and Compton put together is judged by a jury of sock puppet recreations of the Psychonauts. As with every venture into a character's mind, this main mission comes with a side of collectibles, offering new Nuggets of Wisdom, Memory Vaults, and Half-A-Minds. It also adds five more pieces of Emotional Baggage for Raz to recover.

Much like in Hollis' Classroom, all the bags and their corresponding tags are kept close together, as Compton's Cook-Off mostly takes place on a single stage connected to four cooking stations. That being said, the placement of some of the bags and their tags is tricky, so for players struggling to collect every single one, here's where Compton's hiding all of his Emotional Baggage.
One final side note. It's worth remembering that players will get a break from the action between cooking sections, so those just booting up the level shouldn't worry too much about finding everything Compton's Cook-Off has to offer. There's plenty of time between rounds to search every nook and cranny for secrets, so there's no point scavenging while the mission timer is active.
The Purse

The first piece of Emotional Baggage players will come across is The Purse. Following Raz's boss battle with the Judgement enemy, he and Compton Boole will arrive on a large stage and immediately be tasked with cooking the first of three meals. The Purse tag will be just to the right of where Raz spawn, nestled amongst the section of the crowd found between the ramps to the Froggy Flipper and the blender.
The bag can be found while traversing the curving walkway of stoves that lead up to the Froggy Flipper. Players should make their way up the line of hobs and, after the first turn, look to their right. They'll see The Purse surrounded by purple goo in the dip below them. Be wary, as the colorful ooze will damage Raz.
The Hat Box

The Hat Box is up next. Head to the Pork Chopper and look for a red railing next to the machine's pull-back hand. Ride the railing until it curves to the right, then reverse Raz (which players can do by hitting Y, Triangle, or F depending on their platform of choice), follow the pipe around, and jump across to a second blue railing. At the end of the line will be the Hat Box tag.
The Hat Box itself can be found atop the section of the crowd found to the left of the Pork Chopper ramp. It shouldn't be too hard to find, as Raz will exclaim that he can hear some Emotional Baggage nearby when the box is close.
The Duffelbag

The Duffelbag is third on the list. To find its tag, players will need to follow the ramp that leads to the hippo boiler. To the left of the trampoline players can jump on to reach the boiler, they'll find a second trampoline leading downwards. Jump on the platform to find a Mental Connection chain that can be followed to the Duffelbag Tag.
As for the bag, it can be found at the Pork Chopper station. Head to the giant pig-themed kitchen utensil and look behind its chopping arm. The bag will be hiding there.
The Suitcase

The fourth piece of Emotional Baggage is the Suitcase. The tag can be found just behind the saucepan emblem above the Froggy Flipper. Players simply need to head up to the machine, jump on the frog's head, and they'll see the tag floating above them.
The bag can be found in the same area as the Duffelbag tag. Head up the walkway to the hippo boiler trampoline and look down to the left. The Suitcase will be hidden in the gap.
The Steamer Trunk

The final piece of Emotional Baggage is the Steamer Trunk, which players won't be able to unlock until the very end of the mission. After Raz cooks the third meal with Compton in the allotted time, the judges should unlock the final hidden treasure, which is available on the podium. Players won't be able to grab it until they return to Compton's Cook-Off via the Collective Unconscious, as they'll be thrown into a boss battle with puppet versions of Ford Cruller, Hollis Forsythe, and Otto Mentallis.

It should be noted that some players are running into a bug where, upon returning to get the tag, the treasure chest isn't unlocked. This has been reported fairly frequently, with some saying the chest eventually unlocked once they returned after beating Psychonauts 2's final boss.
In terms of the bag, it can be found behind the blender. Players can squeeze through the small gaps on either side of the blender's base to gain access to it. Now players have got all the Emotional Baggage in Compton's mind, they can head back to Loboto's Labyrinth or Hollis' Hot Streak to complete their other collections.
